CulinaryFlow does a lot, and you don’t need to learn it all at once. Try one feature a day for a week, and by the end you’ll have a routine that saves time, money and food.
Day 1: Set up your Diet Profile
Add your diets and any allergens to avoid. It takes a minute, and from then on AI Cook and the Meal Planner use it automatically. Read how the Diet Profile works.
Day 2: Snap your fridge with AI Cook
Take a photo of your fridge and get recipes built around what’s already there. Pick one and cook it tonight. Our AI Cook guide has tips for the best results.
Day 3: Cook hands-free
Open any recipe and start Cook Mode. Say “next”, “back” or “repeat” to move through the steps without touching your phone. See our guide to hands-free cooking.
Day 4: Save your favourites
Browse recipes and save the ones you like — free accounts can save up to 25 — and import a recipe you’ve seen on TikTok, Reels or Shorts so it’s all in one place.
Day 5: Plan next week
Generate a 7-day plan in the Meal Planner and get one shopping list for the week. Read our Meal Planner guide.
Day 6: Use up your leftovers
Log what’s left in the fridge in the Leftover Tracker, and turn it into tomorrow’s lunch or dinner.
Day 7: Join the community
Follow a few creators whose food you love, leave a comment on a recipe you cooked, or enter a cooking challenge. And if you cook something you’re proud of, publish it — anyone can, for free.
After your first week
Keep the habits that helped. If you find yourself hitting the free limits — more than three photo scans a day, or more than 25 saved recipes — have a look at what Pro includes. If you love creating, read how creators earn.
